This is the first step for all services and helps us by determining fit, selecting the trajectory of services, and just getting to know each other. In this session I will educate you on the services that I offer. You will help me understand generally what you are wanting from our work together, and we will set next steps.  

Discovery Sessions typically take place  online.

Starting at 85.00 per hour, packages are available.

A key focus of my supervision is fostering clinical skill development, including case conceptualization, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. I prioritize ethical practice by emphasizing professional boundaries, decision-making, and adherence to licensure standards. Encouraging self-reflection is also central to my approach, helping counselors identify their strengths, address challenges, and refine their counseling style.

I can partner with your organization to help create meaningful wellness programs that support employees' health while improving overall organizational performance.

Services can include program design, engagement strategies, health and wellness education, data collection and analysis, program evaluation and optimization, and personal coaching for employees.

This service offers short-term support for individuals who are xperiencing severe mental health symptoms, transitioning from inpatient to outpatient care, or seeking help with community resources. Recognizing how overwhelming these situations can be, the service draws on my extensive experience in community mental health to provide guidance during this critical period. While it doesn’t replace formal services like psychiatry, community mental health programs, or case management, it serves as a bridge to reduce distress and provide support until long-term resources are established.
